How do I claim my physical CR7 card?

The CR7 Cards will be officially launched by CR in September 2023. It is currently in an "early release" period. Shipping will commence after the official launch.

Please be patient, but don't worry, you WILL receive the Cards.

Once you reach 100% of a specific Card in your collection, you can claim the Physical Card which will be shipped to you.

Shipping is free and will be paid by us. However, please note country specific customs duties or taxes may apply to your delivery and will have to be borne by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on any possible customs duties and taxes.

Simple follow these simple steps:

1. Click on "CLAIM NOW" under the card you have already reached 100% for.
   
2. Fill in your shipping details: 
   • Full Name
   • Kickoff by Zuju email address
   • Phone Number
   • Full mailing address 
   • Ensure your details are accurate (we do not reship Cards in the event of incorrect address)
     
     
3. Sit back and wait for your Card to arrive!
